By utilizing its human resources and technological capabilities, LIVING Corporation has been developing and selling condominiums to high-net-worth individuals.
We have utilized our proprietary technology to develop a range of products, including one-unit income-generating rental RC condominiums called "quador," a collection of three-story wooden apartment buildings called "Cherim," and most recently, family-friendly rental condominiums called "WECRAS."

On the other hand, I believe the real estate industry is socially significant and has great potential in Japan's economy. The Bank of Japan reports that households in Japan have a total of one quadrillion yen in cash and deposits. Unfortunately, a huge amount of these funds is currently sitting idle, earning negligible returns. I believe that the best alternative investment is real estate. I have started a business called "property+" in which small lots of "quador," which are particularly profitable, can be invested in through crowdfunding. I believe that efforts like these will create added value for the entire country. This will expand the real estate investment scope and redefine asset buildup.
